As they provided us wrong addresses to send back notarized paperwork. Title company phone messages did not identify being associated with Long Realty and my realtor, And therefore were ignored because I would get many calls a day of different outfits wanting to buy this property.

She is very knowledgeable and helped walk us through all the details of selling our home. The entire process took only 5 weeks, which was a tremendous relief for us since we were moving out of state. She took the time to be at our house when the furniture was removed and when the cleaning lady came. She treated us in a very personal way, always available to answer questions and she gave us good advice when we dealt with the inspections. Her recommendation for a carpet cleaning company turned out to be the best we have ever used anywhere. She definitely earned an A+ for the fine work that she did. The staff at Long Realty was also very efficient and had our paperwork ready in a timely manner.
